Complete kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, all utensils, coffee maker, organic coffee beans and grinder, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, blow dryers, all linens and towels. Jacuzzi tub in master bedroom. Washer/dryer and all furnishings. Sleeps 6 King size bed in master, queen bed in #2 bedroom, (2) twin beds in #3 bedroom. CLIENTS ARE RESPONSIBLE for leaving the home in the same order it was received with the exception of dusting, sanitizing and final vacuum. Additional cleaning will be deducted from your security deposit at a rate of $40. per hour. Amenities are subject to down time for repair of maintenance issues without refund or notice.
