This beautiful southwest home was built in the fall of 2004. It is the "Oakmont" model home boasting 1569 sq ft. The bedroom separation is ideal for guests, with queen size bed, large picture window and private hall bathroom. The master bedroom features a king size pillow top mattress bed, two person infrared sauna,large picture window, huge walk in closet, linen closet, walk in shower, water closet and double sinks.
Tile is throughout the home with exception of the two bedrooms. The kitchen is open to the livingroom area making for relaxing entertaining. Large built in entertainment center in the livingroom with wrap around seating.
Off the livingroom is the den with built in queen bed wall unit and wrap around desk and book case. Desk top computer and high spped internet for your use.
Sliding patio door off the livingroom leads to a beautiful screen enclosed, covered area outside with paver patio, table and seating for 6 and gas BBQ. .
The courtyard patio in the front yard boasts beautiful Santa Rita mountain views. This is an ideal Robson community, featuring all the amenities. 18-hole golf course, gym, heated pool, hot tub, crafts, restaurants, tennis, bocci ball, and more. You will have plenty to do during your stay and all within walking distance. Amenities are subject to down time for repairs of maintenance issues without refund or notice.
