Sally Lane is NOT a pet friendly home, therefore pets are NOT permitted. Strict NON smoking ANYWHERE on property. Your entire security deposit will be forfitted if any evidence of smoking is found.
CLIENTS CHOICE CLEANING leaving the home in the same order it was received, ( laundering linens/towels and putting the kitchen back on order) with the exception of dusting, sanitizing and final vacuum, or a cleaning fee of $40. per hour will be charged. Security deposit is an AUTHORIZATION ONLY to your card unless rules have been violated or damage occures.
